Introducing Phi Sigma Rho!! Phi Sigma Rho is an associate Panhellenic social engineering sorority founded in 1984 at Purdue University. Two female engineers wanted to create an organization that valued academic success while providing a well rounded social experience for undergraduate women in STEM, and there, Phi Rho was born.
