I never thought I’d be out here working out in a swimsuit… but here I am. Confidently moving through the motions, skin glowing, and truly loving life. Was it uncomfortable at first? Absolutely. But then I looked around this is Miami. If you ever feel weird here, remember: someone is always doing something weirder than you within walking distance. There’s literally a nude beach next door. I got out of my head and into my bag. This confidence? It wasn’t handed to me it was earned. Through consistency, discipline, and showing up day in and day out even when I didn’t feel like it. I’m so proud of the woman I’ve become. If it takes the law of attraction, manifestation, or me putting my body on the line to inspire someone to shake off their laziness or step out of obesity, then so be it.
