Mission Bay Puppy Rescue has been part of this neighborhood for over 30 years. No loud signs. No big fuss. Just the sound of soft paws and second chances. You’ll catch glimpses of puppies chasing each other in the morning light, or volunteers gently coaxing shy dogs into the grass. It’s a rhythm we’ve come to love constant, humble, hopeful.
