A Tuscaloosa man is facing 10 counts of possession of child sex abuse material after an investigation by the West Alabama Human Trafficking Task Force. The WAHTTF, with assistance from the University of Alabama Police Department's Regional Evidence Analysis and Cyber-Intelligence Team, were at Stanford's home Thursday with a search warrant when they found evidence of the material. Johnathan Eric Stanford, 42, was placed in the Tuscaloosa County Jail with a $75,000 bond. He remains in jail as of Friday afternoon.
