Today a new methane-powered rocket created by China’s LandScape Technology launched six satellites into orbit, marking its fifth flight. ⁣ ⁣ It’s the second of its kind after the Beijing-based startup became the world’s first company to launch a methane-liquid oxygen rocket in July 2023, ahead of U.S. rivals including Elon Musk's SpaceX and Jeff Bezos' Blue Origin.⁣ ⁣ The company hopes to develop reusable rockets using the methane which is deemed less polluting, safer and cheaper. ⁣ ⁣ #China #Chinanews #space #SpaceX
