Seattle-via-Ohio punks The Gits are forever etched in Seattle 90s rock history. Over three decades after the release of their iconic debut Frenching the Bully, subpop is re-releasing the album – and KEXP is celebrating the only way we know how: with a recored release party in the KEXP Gathering Space! We're so excited to celebrate The Gits with Seattle on Saturday, February 1. RSVPs are currently full – but you get on the waitlist at the link in our bio. And stay tuned to KEXP Radio to hear exclusive interviews from artists like Joan Jett, members of 7 Year Bitch, Love Battery and more all week long leading up to the event. #TheGits #Punk #FrenchingtheBully
