Idaho’s deadline to turn in your absentee ballot is 8pm on May 20 - Election Day. Drop it in a secure ballot dropbox in your county at any hour of the day or night. Or take it with you to your polling place on Election Day. It may be too late to mail it because it must be RECEIVED by your county elections office by Tuesday -Election Day. Turnout will be low so your vote WILL matter. One vote could determine if your neighborhood school gets funded or if your library is either supported or run by book banners. So be sure to vote in person on Tuesday of you did not get your absentee ballot. You can register & vote at the polls on Election Day with proper ID & proof of residence.
