This afternoon, some of us at BuckeyeThon had the opportunity to attend Katelyn’s Celebration of Life 🎗️🩷 Katelyn was one of BuckeyeThon’s Champion Kids, and in 2020, Katelyn was diagnosed with Stage 4, High-risk Neuroblastoma, a rare pediatric cancer. Through her 5-year journey, Katelyn underwent countless surgeries, treatments and clinical studies. On May 6th, 2025, Katelyn passed away surrounded by family, friends & so much love. We are so honored to have been a part of her journey, and to have known her through BuckeyeThon ❤️ The fight to end Childhood Cancer & Blood Disorders is never over.
