Everyday Simple Toast
Most days of the week this has been a version of my breakfast for years, its easily customizable plus takes less than 2 minutes to make which makes it perfect before heading out for the day or and light enough yet filling enough before or after a workout. As an added bonus, it’s high in protein and easily digestible too!
Sourdough toasted in a skillet with olive oil, then rubbed with garlic, topped with a soft scramble then finished with chili oil plus volcanic salt and pepper
