House of Wind 瘋家🌬️🌬️🌬️🌬️ This dress is dedicated to my Taiwan family, inspired by Angelia Jolie’s wedding dress, reimagined from an Asian perspective. I had my drag daughter Bagel to make this dress and had my friends and drag daughters back home to draw on the back of this dress. Just how Jolie had her kids drawings printed on her wedding dress. The Chinese knots on the dress signifies unity, strings of ropes intertwine together to make a beautiful knot. Just like our lives, woven together with people we hold dear. Which made this dress a very meaningful and sentimental piece, as it brought everyone together to create this dress. Being able to bring that part of my life onto the main stage of drag race was my way of honoring all the unconditional help and support they have showed me.
