Today is #InternationalMuseumDay, and I’m celebrating the one-year anniversary of my art experience The Portal at crystalbridgesmuseum. This immersive installation was such a meaningful project for me—showcasing my oil painting  paintings, sculpture, video art, and drone show featuring a 10 min piece of original music. The show highlighted the connection between mental health and our ability to navigate through realms of existence- our inner life, our physical life, and our spiritual life. I was blown way by how the show resonated with visitors. It was one of the most well attended shows for the museum, the people magazine article written about it became the 18th most read article in the world for the year, and we garnered an on line audience of 2 billion- with millions of clicks!
