We are unabashedly West Londoners. It’s easy to stay local (especially when you love where you live so much!) but with London having so much variety, we try to be intentional about enjoying all the city has to offer… beyond our area alone. So yesterday we took our morning coffee walk on the road: this time through East London.
If you’re into good coffee, charming markets, and soaking up the city’s creative energy, this one’s for you. Here’s how we spent a slow Sunday soaking it all in:
☕ Started with coffee from pavilion_bakery and a wander through Victoria Park. The weekend market was in full swing, and we accidentally caught the Hackney Half, which made for some unexpectedly joyful spectating.
🥐 Next stop: broadwaymarket, where the food stalls never disappoint. The gluten-free pastries from florisbakery were actually worth the hype. We meant to share two, then went back for two more. No regrets. Finished it off with the dreamiest chai from amala_chai.
