Oh look, it’s spritz o’clock. Ingredients: • 5 oz Korbel Brut • 1 1/2 oz elderflower liqueur • Splash of soda water • Mint • Lime wheel Directions: Fill large wine glass with ice. Add one lime wheel and a couple of mint leaves and muddle gently. Add elderflower liqueur, Korbel and soda water. Stir. Garnish with mint and lime wheel.
