Welcome to adventure golf at Ängslunda nursing home! ⛳ This nursing home organises open day activities that are available to residents as well as other people in the area. Ängslunda – near Bollnäs in mid-Sweden – aims to give elderly people a chance to socialise with others, as a rich social life is essential to both our mental and physical health. 👴🏻 👵🏻 In addition to shared meals, Ängslunda strives to incorporate strength and balance training into its activities, as well as friendly competition and teamwork. 🖌️ The golf courses pictured here were designed in collaboration between staff and guests at the centre, with a construction based on recycling and using existing materials.
