I’m always reminded that self-esteem isn’t some magical feeling. It’s just doing the things you say you’re gonna do. And today? I DID THIS because I promised myself I would.
Run paces:
3mi at a conversational pace
3.5mi at 8:20–8:40/mi pace
2mi at a conversational pace
3.5mi at 8:20–8:40/mi pace

Did I hit every pace perfectly? Nope. But I showed up, put in the work, and got pretty darn close!
Save or tweak this if you’re training for a half. It is like it’s the perfect mix of endurance and pace work.
