Special story from one of our very own @bmodos34 SLC Stars Coaching Associate. On Nov.23, Brenden’s grandma Sandee passed away. They shared a special relationship. Her lucky number was always 23. Sandee became a daughter, mother, and wife on the 23rd. SLC Stars had a game on Nov.23 and 12hrs after she passed, Dane Goodwin (jersey #23) asked Brenden that night if he could rebound for him. Brenden said, “It felt like a sign from her to go out and rebound that night”. Thankful for family and friends.
