Weekend party plans 🤝 Skillet Cookie cptnron302’s bringing the heat and showing off why baking on the Egg is always the superior decision. 🍪 Here’s the Recipe 🍪 8 Tbsp Unsalted Butter, Room Temp 1/2 Cup Light Brown Sugar 1/2 Cup Granulated Sugar 1 Large Egg 1 Tbsp Vanilla Extract 1 1/2 Cups All-Purpose Flour 3/4 tsp Baking Soda 3/4 tsp Kosher Salt 1 1/4 Cup Chopped, Semi-Sweet Chocolate 3/4 Cup Walnut Halves 1. Preheat your Big Green Egg to 350F and set up for indirect cooking. 2. Combine the butter, brown sugar and granulated sugar and beat until smooth, about one minute. Add the egg and vanilla and combine. 3. Add flour, baking soda and salt to butter mixture and mix until combined. 4. Add in mix-ins of choice (we used chocolate and walnut halves.) 5. Spray your cast iron skillet and spread the cookie dough evenly from edge to edge. 6.
