Last week, we hosted our 2025 ERG Summit in Chicago, bringing together leaders from all 11 Employee Resource Groups for two days of collaboration, leadership development, and advocacy 💪 Throughout the summit, ERG leaders participated in sessions focused on collaborative conflict, developing a global presence, and best practices for fostering thriving, inclusive communities.
