Let’s take advantage of spring and bring our fitness outside! Save these 6 moves from @urbnburn for a full body workout with no equipment needed - just find a bench in the park! Cycle through, starting with 2 sets and building up to 4. 1 | Single Leg Sit To Stand: (modify using both legs): Allow yourself to fully sit, then propel yourself into a standing position. Repeat 6-8 reps on each leg. 2 | Push Ups: Starting in high plank on the bench, come as far down as you can while keeping a solid plank. Try to send your elbows straight back. Perform 8-12 reps. 3 | Bench Jumps (modify with step-ups): Lift through your hips and land with your knees bent. Stand all the way up on the bench. Step down and repeat 10-14 reps. 4 | Knee Tucks (modify by keeping hands on the bench, or do single leg tucks): Start with legs straight and tuck your knees in towards your chest. Press legs straight out and repeat 10-14 reps 5 | Side Step Ups: Take a lateral step up. Try not to propel with the standing leg....
