A girl’s place is at COP27 🌱🇺🇳 Helena, Girl Up Alum and Program Supervisor for Girl Up Brazil, traveled to Egypt last week to discuss climate change and youth leadership. She interviewed indigenous person and Brazilian congresswoman Sonia Guajajara and attended the NYT’s Climate Forward event. Most importantly, she and hundreds of other youth pushed and urged leaders to take tangible and immediate action to address the ongoing climate emergency.
