The beginning pics 1984 - Olympia glory! Almost a year into training on the left, you can see I had a solid foundation a for bodybuilding. I’d collected and read every bodybuilding book and magazine, studying my heroes like Mike Mentzer, Tom Platz, Casey Viator (who was exceptionally strong I might add), learning and reading the works of Arthur Jones… I’d built my knowledge base and now it was time to put it in action and forge my own path.
