Found this photo from my first visit to the Hill, lobbying against #SOPA and #PIPA in 2010. I was totally unprepared to meet Congresspeople--even had to borrow a tie from my dad and buy a suit. It reminds me... No matter what happens on #ElectionDay today, we need to be a unified country tomorrow. We are at our best when we're a nation united, though we may not agree, we are all people trying to do what we think is best for ourselves, our families, and our country -- and a house divided against itself cannot stand. Plus, we have the world's longest streak of years with uninterrupted peaceful transitions of power (since 1801!!). Come on, America, we can surely all agree on being number one at this! 🇺🇸
