STORYTIME: I’M BACK IN COLLEGE. When I was in high school, nyuniversity was my dream school. Growing up in Venezuela, that felt a little wild, ambitious, maybe even out of reach. But I was a straight A student, a total perfectionist (not always a good thing), and I worked really hard. Eventually, I got accepted into the school I thought was impossible. I’ll never forget that moment. I jumped, I cried, I called my mom. My time at NYU was incredible, but I eventually made the tough decision to leave and focus on building my career in the entertainment business. Everything I learned at NYU though, I’ve applied to my career. And deep down, I always felt I had some unfinished business. Now, years later, I’m back. An NYU student once more.
