The inaugural NativeFashionWeekSantaFe has arrived at the station—literally. 🚂 Last night, Native Fashion Week Santa Fe (#NFWSF) pushed boundaries by hosting its first-ever runway aboard a moving train—made possible by George R.R. Martin’s Sky Railway (skyrailway). As the “Train of Thrones” circled the lush landscapes of Santa Fe, stunning designs from nonameynonamey and ayimach_horizons turned the train aisles into a living runway—proving that Indigenous fashion is bolder, more immersive, and full of momentum. But the true locomotive force was behind the mic. Founder Amber-Dawn Bear Robe (amberdawngold) passionately shared her vision for the future—elevating Santa Fe and Native fashion to global heights, where it can stand shoulder to shoulder with the world’s most celebrated fashion weeks. We can’t help but feel hopeful for the next seven generations of creatives, as Indigenous style and culture moves into new and exciting territory. After all… the train just left the station. �...
