Place right now…” - NotoriousCree 🥹🪶 #Inspiring: Yesterday, over 1,000 Indigenous youth participated in a traditional Round Dance that stretched farther than the length of an official Major League Soccer pitch. 🤯🏟️ The Round Dance was led by Cree drummer and vocalist Pavel Desjarlais (pavel_desjarlais_) and James Jones (notoriouscree), as part of one of the largest Native youth gatherings on Turtle Island—#IndspireSoaring (indspire.ca). It all took place inside BC Place (bcplacestadium), a stadium in Vancouver, B.C. that typically welcomes over 50,000 visitors for sports and entertainment events, and the home of the BC Lions and Vancouver Whitecaps. 🏈⚽️ Have you ever seen a Round Dance this massive?!
