DEDICATED TO DANCE: To celebrate the dance majors who are continuing their dance education into college, Mac Dance directors, Terrance Carson and Natalie Uehara, put together a signing day for the seniors to commit. Sofia Rayas, who has been a dance major since her sophomore year, is planning to attend Leeds Conservatoire in Leeds, England. Part of the reason Rayas wants to continue her dance and musical theater education is because of the opportunities given to her by Mac Dance. “Mac Dance has taught me professionalism especially when working with guest choreographers, and allowed me the opportunities to stretch my abilities in learning and teaching choreography, putting me out of my comfort zone to help me grow,” Rayas said.
