The presentations at this Eagle, Idaho restaurant blew my mind! 🤯 Surprisingly, I had never made it to coadelmareagleid before and… wow! Our experience was seriously impressive. The eye-catching presentations, the service, and food were all more than on point during the visit. 🦞 We started with a petite seafood tower, which comes out packed with dry ice (if you want to impress, this is the one to get). 🥑 The tablesude guacamole is always a treat at the barbacoa_boise location and it was no different here. 🥩 As any respectful influencer would, we had to get the hot rock filet. It was cooked perfectly with just the right amount of crust, and our lobster mac n’ cheese was rich, creamy, and didn’t skimp on the lobster. 🍰 Dessert was a dry ice box of truffles that looked like it came out of a magic show, which was such a fun way to cap off an excellent meal.
