Since 2003, ULI Colorado has completed over 60 Advisory Services programs (ASPs), including 50 District Council-led panels Technical Assistance Panels (TAPs) and over 10 national ASP panels, helping shape key projects like Five Points, the Colorado Convention Center, and Coors Field. These panels have tackled urban challenges, from affordable housing to economic development, providing actionable community solutions. As we approach the ULI #SpringMeeting in Denver (May 12-14), we celebrate the impactful work happening in Colorado, many of which you can explore during the event.
