Getting new athletes involved in our community makes my heart happy. I have been wanting to include more wellness into our programming with our organization so our Snow & Flow event this weekend was the perfect way to do it! Snowboarding & yoga! It honestly was the perfect mix! When was the last time you started your day this way?! It was so grounding and connecting!
