Sometimes life takes you on detours & brings you to the exact place you wanted to be just in a completely different way than you expected. 🌕 The fact that my managers who let me go home from work that day 26 years ago, not realizing how my life would change forever, were actually in the audience as I accepted this award is amazing. Life is truly magical. This was a full circle moment for me. I’m reminded that every detour, every challenge, every setback had a purpose.
