I had to pull over to share this! My husband had back surgery so we have been in the house the last 2 weeks and I was feeling stuck this morning when trying to write a speech . Then I realize it was because I haven’t moved enough lately! So I got in my car , turned my music up and went for a drive and suddenly all the ideas poured in! It really is amazing and almost sounds too simple that if you are feeling stuck all you have to do is move! But it’s true and proves itself over and over for me! Getting in my 4 runner and going for a drive is one of my favorite things to do! Do you feel this way too?
