😬 This was my office on yesterday! Shout out to Nikita Warfield-Owens and the students of OVM (Our Voices Matter), who did a FANTASTIC job hosting: No Pressure Just Growth—A Teen Summit on Confidence, Connection & Self-Growth. There were approximately 900 students from Freshman to Juniors in attendance throughout the day. 🎤My talk to them: Titles versus Leadership. Despite what some may think, you’re never too young to develop leadership skills. But leadership isn’t for everyone. You’ve got to be selflessly committed to influencing the world around you, while stretching yourself beyond a mindset of mediocrity.
