Let's Go 'Cats!😼🔥 #RTVF professors Pierce Gradone, Brett Neveu, and Ozge Samanci's projects were among the 29 grants funded by The Alumnae of Northwestern University for the 2025-2026 academic year! The organization awarded $134,000 to Northwestern faculty and staff for a wide range of projects, including research support, technological improvements, classroom equipment, curricular programs, podcast/film projects, and symposia/meetings. Gradone's project "Media Composition Sequence" will be an expansion of a current #NUSoC course into a two-course sequence. These two courses will expand the RTVF’s current offerings in #sound, count towards the Sound Design minor, and be accessible to all Northwestern students. Neveu's funding will be used on a documentary video of the "HARMONY" conference occurring in May 2025, attended by NU students.
