Bethany is a faculty member at the LSU School of Theatre and teaches beginner and intermediate modern, dance history, and dance improvisation. Bethany began her dance training with Renee Chatelain and Baton Rouge Ballet Theater. She spent one year training intensively at the Alvin Ailey School in New York City, also completing intensive studies at the Martha Graham School, Jose Limon Institute, Paul Taylor School, Joffrey Ballet and Vienna Summer Festival. In 2002, she received her Bachelor of Fine Arts in dance from Florida State University where she performed with Dance Repertory Theater. She performed for two seasons with Cangelosi Dance Project.
