History Monday brings us this image from the Chicago Little Theatre's 1915 production of The Trojan Women. Featured center is the Little Theatre's co-founder, Ellen Van Volkenburg. The Trojan Women was the theatre's signature play, which they performed in their 91-seat venue on the 4th floor of the Fine Arts Building, as well as touring it across the country which helped to popularize the Little Theatre movement.
