Our team was honored to be among the team presented with a 2025 City of Chicago Landmark Award for Preservation Excellence in restoration. This is for the residential project the_henry_house_restoration we worked on alongside designenmasse, centeredbydesign , and pavel_nawrocki. We love all of our home remodeling projects, but getting to work with homeowners, designers, and craftspeople who are preserving the Windy City’s history is what we’re all about.  Here’s a look at the work we did on the exterior facade of this 1880’s Lincoln Park Row House.  1. The original facade of Joliet and Gray limestone had worn away over time, so details like the window keystones and roofline cornices needed attention. 2. During the exterior restoration, three stories of scaffolding let us access every corner and crevice of the building. 3.
