Establishing your presence early especially in traffic is extremely important! When you roll up on stand still traffic you have to interject yourself into the traffic pattern. When you begin to make your entry into the traffic you will have a couple of stragglers trying to figure out how to move, once those stragglers move you will see many other follow. Keep in mind even in the middle of your response through it you will have the large vehicles to maneuver or a car here and there that breaks pattern. This is where being confident in your rig is necessary! As you navigate the line you have to watch where the drivers are looking, which way are their wheels turned or turning as you approach. This is a balancing act of watching those you are currently passing and watching those who are multiple car lengths ahead!
