A Full Circle Moment. 📸✨ Earlier this week at the Committee of the Whole meeting, I had the incredible honor of getting Clayton Muhammad in front of the camera — a moment that meant more than I can put into words. I’ve known Clayton my entire life, but our bond was truly built during our time in Boys to Men, the mentorship program he led for minority high school students. That program helped shape my mindset, my goals, and my confidence. Clayton showed us what leadership, excellence, and community commitment really looked like — and he’s been doing that for generations of young men like me. Without him, I wouldn’t be working for the City of Aurora. He believed in me, invested in me, and opened doors I never imagined possible. To be able to finally photograph him — not just as a mentor, but as a leader being publicly honored — was surreal and deeply humbling. Clayton, thank you for everything.
