Want to make mealtimes less stressful? 🍽️ Make sure everyone is doing their job. 💼 Your job: Decide what food to offer, when you're offering it and where you're offering it. 💼 Your child's job: Choose what to eat (from what you have offered) and how much (if any at all). Trust your child’s natural hunger and fullness cues to guide how much they want to eat. And know that it's OK if they decide not to eat much or anything at all.
