#fastfeetfriday We time our athletes sprinting (acceleration and velocity) 1-2 times per week so that we can track their data and progress over time, see trends in performance across different training phases, and increase the output that the athletes give us on their reps. It’s important for the training process to record and track athlete data over time. The athlete will get a better understanding of their improvement over a training season, and it’s a great way for coaches to check that their programming actually works! #speed #speedtraining #sports #sportsperformance #athletedevelopment #sprinting #speeddevelopment #speedcoach
