Equipped with small fans on both sides of the waist, powered by a mobile power bank, the jacket draws in external air and circulates it internally to help lower body temperature and prevent heatstroke. In Japanese culture, such cooling garments are often used by transport workers, construction workers, road maintenance crews, and gardeners.
