The world’s largest Indigenous film fest is back — and in full bloom! 🌱😉 After a year off, imagineNATIVE Film + Media Arts Festival (imaginenative) returns to Toronto this June 3–8 (with an online edition from June 9–15) for a special 25th anniversary that centers seedkeeping, storytelling, and passing knowledge to the next generation. And this year's lineup is absolutely stacked: ⭐ 20 Feature Films ⭐ 79 Short Films ⭐ 14 Digital + Interactive Works ⭐ 7 Exhibitions 💫 And so much more! The festival will spotlight 55 Indigenous Nations, 27 Indigenous languages, and 16 countries. This year also celebrates 77 emerging artists and 26 youth artists — a powerful reflection of the festival’s theme: planting, harvesting, and flourishing. 🌳👏 Legendary Oneida actor, writer, and producer Graham Greene will be honored with two major awards, including Canada's highest recognition in the performing arts! 🏅✨ Grab your in-person or online tickets from imaginenative’s website, and we’ll see ...
