2 cups cooked pearled barley or brown rice
2 1/2 cups old fashioned oats
5-7 egg whites adding more as necessary to bind
3 cloves garlic minced
½ cup finely grated carrots
2 celery stalks thinly chopped
1/2 red onion finely chopped
1 8 oz. can of sliced mushrooms diced
