The 2025 Rose Festival has officially begun! City Councilor Dan Ryan and Rose Festival president Jeremy Emerson cut the ribbon on Friday afternoon. The Royal Rosarians, royal court, sponsors and other community leaders joined dozens of onlookers for the ceremony. The ribbon cutting at CityFair is the ceremonial start to the Rose Festival, which includes three parades and encompasses Fleet Week. The CityFair will be at Tom McCall Waterfront Park and open on select days until June 8.
