Red Sox erupted for 19 runs against the Orioles in a makeup game after the rainout on the Thursday night. It was originally supposed to be a day/night doubleheader but the night game was postponed until Saturday. Devers had 2 HRs (including a grand slam) and a career high 8 RBI! NGL, I snuck out early when it was 6-2 in the 7th to run home to save my photos from game 1 in preparation of the night game. Of course that means I missed the 16 runs, including the 13 spot the Sox put up in the 8th… those were the only two innings I’ve missed in the long homestand. 🤦‍♂️ I never leave early so the baseball gods got me on that one 😂
