Billy Joel has announced that he will be canceling all scheduled concerts after a diagnosis of a brain condition called normal pressure hydrocephalus, also known as NPH, a buildup of fluid in or around the brain caused by a blockage. Joel is undergoing specific physical therapy and says he is sincerely sorry to disappoint his audience.
