I don’t like personal announcements on social media, but I felt like this was necessary. I want to share my my time with the Illinois Men’s Gymnastics team with you all as the season has ended. Writing this, I feel thankful. I started working for Illinois sports as a 19-year-old creative and since then Ive always wanted to lead a sport. Then in November 2024, I was given the opportunity and responsibility to work with the men’s gymnastics team as the lead videographer. Since I started the season, it has been one of the most rewarding, challenging, and exciting experiences in my time working with the Illinois Athletic Department. From starting out as a junior creative and being given work assignments to becoming the guy who had the responsibility to come up with these ideas was a major shift in my life.
