Ice-cream Sandcastle! 🏖️ this would be so much fun for a summer party! I froze the ice-cream buckets overnight in the deep freezer before stacking so they wouldn’t melt right away. Ingredients: -2 tubs ice-cream, one smaller than the other -1 large package golden Oreos -sugar cones -cup cones -corn syrup or honey -white chocolate melts -flag toothpicks 1. In a food processor, crush the Oreos into fine crumbs. 2. Brush corn syrup onto the sugar cones and roll in the cookie crumbs until well coated. (You can stack several cones together to make them taller.) 3. Melt the chocolate according to package directions, then pour into a shell mold. Chill until set. 4. Stack together the tubs of ice-cream, then cover in the cookie crumbs. Add the sugar cones around the bottom and on top on the icecream stack.
