ALYSSA FERNANDEZ OF SOUTHERN UTAH MPSF FRESHMAN OF THE WEEK 📣 Southern Utah freshman Alyssa Fernandez (Litchfield Park, AZ) put on a solid floor routine of 9.775, but her 9.875 beam contributed to an MPSF record 49.375 team total in the event. The SUU beam total also ranks as the fourth-highest in program history. Fernandez contributed significantly to the team scoring 196.800, second-highest in MPSF history, in the dual win at Utah State (Feb. 2). This is the first career MPSF award for Fernandez.
