A man has been arrested after breaking into a Vietnamese history exhibit and damaging a 200-year-old Nguyen dynasty throne—one of the nation’s most treasured artefacts. Ho Van Phuong Tam, 42, reportedly screamed and broke the throne’s armrest at Hue’s Thai Hoa Palace on Saturday. Footage appears to show him sitting on the throne, which once belonged to Vietnam’s last ruling dynasty.
